The Tri-Cities Kid’s League offers T-Ball, Softball,

and Baseball to boys and girls, ages 5 to 17.

While our 2009 dates have not been confirmed, the following is a general outline of the TCKL calendar.

Feb. 15	Registration Begins – for players, managers, & umpires
Feb. 29	Early Registration Ends
Mar. 15	Regular Registration Ends
Mar. 31	Late Registration Ends
Early April	Lower league teams formed and all Managers selected
Late April	Managers’ Meetings
Early May	Draft for Upper Leagues
Mid-May	Practices begin
Mid-May	Player skills clinics
Late May	Umpire training clinic
Early June	Opening Day - first Saturday after end of school year
Mid-July	All Star Day
Mid-July	Season ends

VISION STATEMENT

The Tri-Cities Kid's League's purpose is to provide physical, mental and educational growth in youth baseball and softball; bringing recreational fun, competition and self-worth to all.

TCKL HISTORY

The Tri-Cities Kid's League was formed in 1952 to provide recreational baseball and softball to the children in the Tri-Cities area. Since our start, the league has continued to grow every year. In 2008 we had 1,025 kids participating, from ages 5 to 17 years old. In addition, the league employed approximately fifty kids, ages 12-17 years old, as umpires.
