The Tri-Cities Kid's League offers T-Ball, Softball, and Baseball to boys and girls, ages 6 to 17.


2010 PLAYER REGISTRATIONS ARE CLOSED


PLAYERS: To be eligible to participate in TCKL, players must turn six years old during the 2010 calendar year, and not be older than 17 as of December 31, 2010, or still enrolled in high school.  Players are placed into leagues according to their birth year.  For an explanation of the leagues for each age group, please visit the TEAMS page.

Player Registration Fees

1. Early Registration -- $45/player
(Deadline: February 28, 2010)
2. Regular Registration -- $55/player
(Deadline: March 15, 2010)
3. Late Registration -- $75/player
(Deadline: March 31, 2010)
4. Registration after March 31, 2010 -- $90/player


PLEASE NOTE
There will be no refunds after MARCH 31, 2010.
In order to enlist managers, form teams and schedule games, TCKL must determine the number of teams for each league by March 31, 2010.  TCKL will place no more than 15 players on a team to ensure ample playing time for all players.  Due to this limit, registration requests received after March 31, 2010 may not be honored.  If TCKL is not able to honor a registration request made after March 31, 2010, the $90.00 fee will be returned.  No other refunds requests will be honored after March 31, 2010, unless a player incurs an injury that prevents participation.


PLEASE NOTE
Players will be contacted by team managers in early May.
Please do not contact TCKL about team assignments before May, 2010.  Once the assignments of players are made, we will not change the team rosters regardless of who may have erred, or whether the managers and the players agree to a change.

MANAGERS: TCKL needs enthusiastic volunteers to manage teams of all levels.  Managers must be over 18 years of age and are chosen by the TCKL Board.  Please be aware that sometimes we receive more requests to manage in a specific league than there are teams to manage.  Therefore, requests to manage a team cannot always be honored.  In order to make communication between TCKL and the managers easier, we ask that all potential managers provide an e-mail address.

UMPIRES: If you, a relative, or a neighbor is interested in umpiring, we always need to add to our pool of umpires.  We offer Umpire Clinics for training.  Your child is eligible to umpire if he/she will be at least 12 years old during the current calendar year.  Umpires are paid between $12 and $25 per game depending upon umpiring experience.

Register in person at the D&W, Leppinks or Orchard Market on Saturday, February 20 from 10:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m.  Board members will be available to answer questions and help with your registration.
